Ily, the dog abandoned in front of Ilioara Vet Clinic is alive due to the young lady that spotted him.
The news regarding him is the following:
– He started to eat
– He is not yelling due to pain anymore, unless he is moved

Stevie with his eyes taken out and left tied to a fence left today this world that brought him a lot of pain and unfortunately his end as well.
He seemed to be better and that he will be able to cross over this terrible event in his life. Sadly this was just a chimera as we found out yesterday when we did a generic ultrasound. As we were telling you, Stevie has bad days but also good days. Yesterday he started to explore the surroundings and, for a first time, we can say he did ok. The little one managed to climb up and then down the first obstacle without help. He was taken out in the yard and it meant a new experience for him, experience that he liked and it tired him, so he quickly found a cozy basket to get some rest. Continue reading

The little one is having trouble adjusting to his new condition, that of a BLIND dog. His body is refusing to help him. He’s not eating as he should and today he’s fine but tomorrow he’s vomiting and he’s apathetic. The hematoma on his head is still creating problems and his condition is fluctuating, sometimes he’s feeling OK, sometimes not. Now he is still hospitalized at the City-Vet clinic and he gets all the attention, treatment and love he’s probably missed until he was discovered in that terrible situation. Continue reading

Stevie has good tastes: he doesn’t refuse backed chicken with oregano and other spices, he even askes for more Apart from this, the poor baby is not doing very good. The eyes are not healed yet and he is not confortable without his seight. Slowly, really slow he is getting used with the space in which he is kept and starts to walk around.
We introduced Woof to you about a month ago, when we took him over, together with his little brother, from the yard of a warehouse where their mother had been killed.
If things are great for Seven, who was adopted shortly after, life isn’t quite easy for Woof. What seemed, in the beginning, to be a very serious rickets form, ended up by being a genetic malformation. Continue reading
He started to eat, to recognize voices and to rejoice by strongly wagging his tail, but he’s still shaking with fear when he walks across the tiny room he’s kept in. We hope he’ll soon get used to his new condition as a blind dog and he’ll stop being afraid when he’s moving.
Dee Dee is one of Robi’s female doggies who had the “chance” to be adopted in Romania when she was still a puppy. Unhappily for her, she was SENT BACK when she had already grown up. So little Dee Dee had to be taken to the shelter again, against her will.
Stevie wants to live and that’s the best news for today. Until a few hours ago we’d been very worried because the doggy refused to eat.
