Besides the special cases in which we are involved, some people pass us the responsabilty of a soul deliberately, by abandoning him next to our shelter. 
The same thing also happened with this puppy, of only 2.5-3 months old, which was found in a very bad state.
Vanessa (that’s how we named her) was found listless and with her head swolen. When we arrived with her at the doctor, it was confirmed that she was hit in the head with a crowbar and thus she made a blood bag in her forehead area. The bleeding stopped after a long time and after we made her tests, we discovered that the little one was also sick of babesiosis.We started the treatment and only after she had a blood transfusion, the little one looked like she was alittle better.

Now she’s healthy and the little blood bag that she still has, will absorb. Vanessa is now in the process of vaccination and she might need a temporary foster, at least until she ends the vaccine scheme. She is a puppy which is a little shy, but good-hearted and eager of attention. We can’t imagine and understand how a person can hit such a sweet little puppy, but we hope that her future will be bright and that she will easily overcome this trial.
