Suzi and Masha were adopted by the same family, but not at the same time. Masha was adopted a few years before, and Suzi arrived at the wonderful family too, last year. Between the two little animals a close friendship formed and now they are inseparable. The blind kittens made Oana fall in love with them
The kitties in the photo (they are both blind) were adopted by Oana with a beautiful face and soul, whom we thank from the bottom of our hearts for her exceptional kindness.Many other cats and dogs are waiting for you to meet them, to play with them and they’ll kiss your hand if you bring them a can of food, too.

The four that scared .. the residents
We’ve been recently informed that some pussycats needed adoption or temporary foster homes.
We were told that the people living in that block of flats had closed off the entrance to the cats’ place and they intended to also seal off the hole through which the cats went into the basement for shelter (the basement seems not to be used, as it is flooded).
So we armed ourselves with a trap, a net, a few envelopes of wet catfood and some patience. Continue reading
Lost Pechineese in the Sos Viilor Area
Pekingese lost yesterday morning, probably he left after a female dog in heat.When he went missing he was wearing a blue collar and a green knitted coat. He is epileptic and needs his daily treatment.
I looked for him in the area Soseaua Viilor, from Monetaria Statului to Parcul Carol and to Eroii Revolutiei, but, as it was raining heavily, probably all the dogs had hidden wherever they could.

Fery- a new case of abandon or a beauty for adoption
An animal is a responsability, not a whim, not an object we can give away anytime we consider is no longer necessary.
The procedure is simple, you unleash the dog, you leave him at a bus stop or near a shopping center, etc.
The same way was used by this dog’s “owner”. He simply left her at Liberty Mall, Rahova neighborhood, without any regret or apparent reason. Continue reading
Special case. Badly injured dog
Big, gentle, unlucky but in the same time lucky, that would be the description of the dog we will name Dag, and that arrived in our care. Dag had the bad luck to be seriously injured, he remained without an ear and has a broken paw. Happy ending- the cat is adopted
When they are lucky, they’re really lucky. This beautiful cat has been on the street in the morning, at City Vet by noon to get spayed and on her way home before nightfall. We were expecting a fast adoption in this case, and it happened. We are looking forward to news and pictures of her and her new friends: another cat and 2 doggies.

As soon as we get out of the cage, we run to door to see if someone’s there to take us home. And then we start playing. We run again and nobody’s there. We’re waiting for you to take us home, but it seems we’re unlucky.
