Kamir needs help
Kamir is a young tomcat, not yet 1 year old. He’s neutered, sweet and well behaved. He’s one of Mr. M.’s cats.
The little one is in trouble. A blood vessel in his ear has broken and the fluid accumulated and made his ear look like a baloon ready to explode.
Kamir is hospitalized, receiving medical care at the City Vet clinic. We hope his problem to be solved soon.

Toy was adopted
Toy the little found by us a while ago was adopted today and now he is on his way to his new home. He will have a big yard so he will have space to play and run. A girl loved him at first sight and together with her family they will take care of Toy.
We shall wait for news!
Thank you Corina
Sadness. acceptance and chance for a better life
There is a lot of sadness in the house with too many cats. Even if Mr. M., the one who saved them and took care of them, loves them and does everything in his power to make them feel happy, they are still stressing each other, because they are simply too many.
Some of them had been adopted but then brought back (they failed the cleanliness test, as they sometimes missed the litter box), Continue reading
Cats shouldn’t be on streets
The place for cats is not in the street
To those who allow their cats to roam freely, “live their lives” and breed, ENJOY FREEDOM AND LIFE because that is God’s will….
Are you aware of the life to which you are condemning them?
Do you like what you see?
Warning: Shocking scenes

Life left us
He went away and took with him a big part of me, of all of us who were near him. I don’t know if there can be another dog like him in the whole world. A fighter, a survivor, a dignified and forgiving soul. Continue reading
Easter in the shelter
Easter came but that doesn’t mean a day off from the shelter to us, so here are some fresh news.
Our doggies’s menu didn’t include lamb or rabbit meat, not even some nutritious eggs, they enjoyed it nevertheless, like every time. They didn’t feel it was a holiday – we know the biggest one for them would be the day of their adoption. So we invite you to give them a chance, to meet them – we’re sure you’ll fall in love with a few of them, at least. Continue reading
Life is in trouble again
Since our last post, so far Life has won another bet with life. Even though yesterday I took him to the vet for some X-rays (which we did), I also noticed he hasn’t been urinating all day long. The vet placed a urinary catheter, but still no urine went out, only blood. After a few investigations and attempts to stabilize him (he was very apathetic and had a 40.5 degrees fever), Life underwent emergency surgery. Continue reading
40 days passed since Maria is not with us
Yesterday 40 days had passed since Maria left us. Cassandra, her sister, wanted to give alms to the doggies in the shelter and they enjoyed not only the food, but also her attention.
Thank you, Cassandra, for the visit and for the alms. Our hearts are with you in this time of sorrow.
