A hard life..even since they were puppies. Should they hope for anything else?

catei rosettiDo you remember the difficult case we told you about a while ago, that of a few homeless people who had 4 adult dogs, a cat and 10 puppies?
The puppies had then arrived at their own homes, but those people refused any help regarding neutering or offering the dogs and the cat for adoption.
For nearly a month the dogs and the cat have been abandoned. Of all the dogs (we think there used to be 5 of them), 4 are still living somewhere on a street. The cat is missing. Continue reading

Hard times are coming

pisica cu mancareaDear friends, I was born because someone didn’t take measures to prevent it from happening. That person didn’t care about me at all, so they threw me out on a field. Me and my brothers ended up at Robi and, as I have heard hard times are coming, I decided to guard the food. I want to be sure that I’ll have something to eat in the days ahead.

Bubu is one step near death

BubuBubu is an approximately 3 months old puppy who was the victim of an accident. Yesterday he was found by some good-hearted people who brought him to a clinic where his wounds could be treated. Even if they aren’t rich, the rescuers of the puppy paid a lot for treatments who were not worth it, especially that the medical staff that sewed his wounds the first time did not clean him properly and a few ticks remained under the skin, so another intervention was needed to clean the wounds. Now the little ones look like you can see in this album, and this transformation was possible thanks to the dedication of the City Vet team, dr Aurora Sasu, Betty and Iuliana, which we thank from the bottom of our hearts for the exemplary care they offered the little ones. Continue reading

27th of July. Donate a can. AdoPET. Robi Association thanks you

donatiiOn behalf of our proteges, we thank to all the ones that came on Sat. the 27th of July in the Obor Park to donate for the animals in our care.
With your help we managed to gather 290 lei, food for 180 dogs for 1 day and food for cats for 3-4 days.
We wait for you at the future editions ‘Donate a can’ and ‘Adopet’ and hopefully at your departure you will return home with one family member in plus.
