Someone recently wrote us about the miserable life of a few puppies. Even if we cannot take them with us because our shelter is overcrowded, Alina I., one of Robi’s volunteers, went to see what their situation is. One look was enough. She took the little one, who was in a terrible state, and hospitalized him at Marco Vet as an emergency. 
The puppy will have a surgical operation today and he will stay in hospital until Monday. His condition is very serious and it’s impossible to tell if the surgery can save him. We’ll know whether or not he is out of the woods after the surgery. Besides the obvious prolapse, the little one suffers from an acute calcium defficiency and his immunity is certain to be very low.
