Friday 06.03.2020 a reckless driver injured a doggy in Glina. Out of sheer brazenness that unfortunately many drivers exhibit, he went on his way with no remorse and as you can imagine he did not stop to see what happened to the animal he had hit.
Boom, that’s what we called the beautiful and gentle doggy, was lucky, because a soulful man who witnessed the accident called and asked us help her.
Boom was admitted to Dr. Bercaru’s Clinic where she was checked up, after which I found out that she has a proximal humerus fracture in the growth plateau. For now, the doggy has been given preparatory treatment for the surgery. The next few days she will have surgery and we hope she will recover quickly.
Boom will need foster care after surgery until healing, and then adoption.
In the meantime, we need your support to help her. Unfortunately, we have not yet managed to pay the invoice in the amount of 5040, for cases already closed. We still need at least 1049 lei to be able to pay it.
We dread to think of the next bill that will include the operations of three more dogs with serious problems, Skip, Bruna and Boom and two more doggies from the shelter that we will take to the clinic tomorrow. This is in addition to many other small expenses.

UPDATE: March 17, 2020:
The doggy had surgery and the was discharged now she feels very well, she is happy and eager to have a family capable of taking care of her for the rest of her life.
Boom is about six months old and is medium to small in size. At the end of next week she will have one more surgery and she will get neutered as well on this occasion, after which the vaccination and the other usual procedures will follow, and then she will be able to be adopted.
Until then, don’t forget that we need your support, especially now that we are all in a terrible situation.
We are waiting for adoption requests for the gentle puppy at: asociatia.robi@gmail.com
