In the beginning Papusa (Romanian word for ‘the doll’) had a good life, had a master who loved her, pampered her and cared for her properly.
But on a bad day for Papusa, her owner died and the pampered cat ended up living on the stairs at the mercy of the neighbors, some of whom were indeed merciful but others far from it and as you can imagine she would not have had a good fate on the staircase of the block where she landed.
The doll was admitted to the Dr Bercaru Clinic where she was investigated and had a small lump removed from her tummy.
