Bubu is an approximately 3 months old puppy who was the victim of an accident. Yesterday he was found by some good-hearted people who brought him to a clinic where his wounds could be treated. Even if they aren’t rich, the rescuers of the puppy paid a lot for treatments who were not worth it, especially that the medical staff that sewed his wounds the first time did not clean him properly and a few ticks remained under the skin, so another intervention was needed to clean the wounds. Because they could no longer afford to pay for his treatment, the rescuers asked for our help, so here’s the little one in our custody. Bubu’s condition is critical, because as a result of the accident his bladder was broken. When he arrived at City Vet today, his belly was huge, filled with liquid – the first step was an echography, which showed his bladder is fissured.
Bubu was immediately operated surgically and it was a rather complicated intervention, because the fissure extended from one end to the other. The recovery is going to be difficult, and the little one is in great need of a temporary foster home, with someone who doesn’t have other animals and who has time to take care of him.
