This cat was found today at Piata Natiunilor Unite, no 3-5. On their way to work, a couple of ladies were shocked to see a bloody plastic bag and nearby a curled up cat, paralized in fear.
They called us and asked for our help so the cat is now at City Vet. She had an owner once, as she is clean and well fed.
We don’t know what exactly happened to her and how she got the skin on her head torn apart by dogs. It is unknwon why she was abandoned in this state but we do know that her condition is critical and recovery will be long and painful. Half of the skin on her head was torn out and, when the vet started to clean the wound, the liquid medicine that was put there started to come out her ears. She is still in shock and refuses to eat.

We also need financial help. New cases keep manage to come into our care and the resources are fadding away. Our foster space has long reached its limit so we won’t be able to help new animals in need soon.
